In such cases, we may offer a substitute product of equal value and quality, or provide you with a refund if no suitable replacement is available. 

Flower Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute certain flowers or plants. Rest assured, all substitutions will be of equal or higher value.
