Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds: If the flowers or products received are damaged, incorrect, or fail to meet your expectations, please contact us at (717)514 - 7368 within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed or shipped. Once the product is delivered, no cancellations are possible. 

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Specialty Items: Non-perishable specialty items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
